What you will be doing:
     •Receiving and resolving customer support calls
     •Responding to customer e-mail & chat support requests
     •Resolving issues reported by our network monitoring systems
     •Active Directory administration
     •E-mail system administration
     •Workstation & Server administration and support
     •Firewall, router and switch administration and support

What you need to be qualified:
     •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     •Knowledge of computer hardware and software
     •Experience in the computer industry
     •Good work ethic and time management skills
     •Must enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment.
     •Must be patient, polite and professional.
     •Requires a personal commitment to taking care of the customer.
     •Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
     •Excellent troubleshooting skills
     •Ability to administrate and troubleshoot Microsoft products including Office 365
     •Ability to administrate and troubleshoot Active Directory
     •Ability to administrate and troubleshoot Citrix products a plus
     •Ability to administrate and troubleshoot Office 365 products a plus
     •Ability to administrate and troubleshoot Cisco Products a plus
     •Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and or Cisco certifications are a plus
